Back from his latest trip, pixel Ramón Cordero has fired up the biggest grill in the village. Friends he met on three continents are coming for dinner, and he has promised a chuletón to every single one of them. There is only one wooden board left, so the steaks will have to go up instead of out, into what everyone is already calling the Chuletón Tower.
Each steak swings in over the pile, fresh from the coals, and has to land at just the right moment. A neat drop keeps the stack wide; a sloppy one trims off a juicy edge. Line them up perfectly and the tower climbs past the grill smoke. Miss, and dinner ends up on the patio floor.
