Daniel Peris is the creator of BestOnlineGames.si, a specialist in websites, apps and search who has spent years helping pages get found on Google and, lately, in AI assistants. He grew up blowing dust out of game cartridges, still keeps a shelf of retro consoles and figures behind his desk, and is now the dad of two babies with his wife Miriam.

This parody is a friendly self-portrait: the person who built the arcade, shrunk to pixel size and dropped into his own world of sleepless nights at home, walks in the park, a collection that keeps growing, numbers in binary, coins from old arcade machines, chains of links, broken pages and cosy evenings on the sofa.
