Organ Pipe Sums

Light up the organ pipes one quick sum at a time. Light up the pipes of a grand organ with quick mental math starring pixel Mozart. Solve sums before each countdown runs out, build a streak and play the grand finale in this free math game.

Twist: Each question is a number scale, like 3, 7, 11, ?, and you pick the note that comes next.

Parody. Mozart has no involvement in making these games and does not endorse them. The character is an original pixel-art caricature.

How to play

  1. Each question is a short number pattern, like notes climbing a scale: 3, 7, 11, ? Find the step between the numbers (here it is +4) and pick what comes next (15).
  2. The steps get bigger as you go, and later some patterns double each time (3, 6, 12, ?). You get a little more time than in the other math games to spot them.
  3. Tap the button with the next number or press 1 to 4. Every right answer lights up another organ pipe; answer quickly for more points and build a streak for up to STREAK X4.
  4. One wrong note, or a timer bar that runs out, and the organ falls silent.
  5. M turns the music on or off, P or Esc pauses, and the final screen lets you share your score.

The story

A great church organ has been waiting in silence for years, and pixel Mozart has been asked to wake it up. There is a catch: this organ only plays for people who are good with numbers. Each pipe lights up when it hears a correct answer, and only a fully lit organ can play the grand finale. The townsfolk call this little challenge Organ Pipe Sums.

Every right answer lights another pipe, every streak sends a ripple of sound through the church and a single wrong answer lets the organ fall silent again. Light every pipe and the whole church rings with music. Stop short, and the finale will have to wait for another evening.
