Hollow Moon Glide

Flap homemade bat wings over a moonlit graveyard. Glide over a moonlit graveyard on rickety homemade bat wings, starring pixel Markiplier. Tap to flap, slip between haunted trees, crooked chimneys and crypt pillars and collect glowing jack-o'-lanterns in this free one-tap flying game.

Twist: Now and then the moon blacks out, and only a small lantern glow shows the haunted trees ahead.

Parody. Markiplier has no involvement in making these games and does not endorse them. The character is an original pixel-art caricature.

How to play

  1. Every so often the moon goes dark: "POWER CUT!" flickers, and for about 5 seconds only a lantern glow just ahead of pixel Markiplier lights the graveyard.
  2. The jack-o'-lanterns keep glowing in the dark, and they float between the gaps, so use them as a hint to where the next one is.
  3. When the lights start to flicker, settle at a safe height straight away. Small, steady flaps are much easier to judge in the dark.
  4. Each pair of trees, chimneys or crypt pillars you clear is 10 points, each jack-o'-lantern 25. Brush against one or the ground and the flight is over.
  5. Flap with a tap, a click, Space or Up. M turns the sound on or off, P or Esc pauses, and you can share your score afterwards.

The story

Welcome to Hollow Moon Glide. Once a year, when the moon is at its fullest, the old graveyard on the hill holds a lantern parade, and this year the friendly ghosts have sent pixel Markiplier an invitation. There is just one catch: the party is on the far side of the graveyard, and the only way across is over the top. So he has stitched together a pair of bat wings from an old umbrella, two broom handles and a lot of tape.

The wings creak with every flap, the haunted trees stretch their twisty branches across the sky and the crooked chimneys of the manor never seem to stand where they did a moment ago. Jack-o'-lanterns float between them, glowing like tiny suns, and the ghosts would love to have every one at the parade. Keep the wings beating and the lanterns coming, and see how far a homemade glider can carry him before the moon goes down.
