The prototype arrived in a plain grey box with no name on it: a camera drone so big it can carry a person. The instructions fit on a single card, and the last line says to test it outdoors, at golden hour, somewhere with a view. Pixel MKBHD knows exactly where. The city centre glows orange at dusk, and its glass towers make the best reflections he has ever seen. It is the perfect setting for a Dusk Drone Ride.
He settles onto the seat, checks the rotors and lifts off between the skyscrapers. The drone only knows two moves: a quick burst of lift and a slow, steady sink. Memory cards drift between the towers, and he will need every one, because the footage is too good to stop recording. The sun is going down fast. How far through the skyline can he fly before the light is gone?
