Movie Night Match

Match things that belong together for movie night. Get movie night ready with pixel Daniel Peris by matching cards that belong together, like the remote and the screen or the popcorn and its bowl, instead of identical pictures, in this free memory game.

Twist: Match things that belong together, like the remote and the screen, instead of identical cards.

Parody. Daniel Peris has no involvement in making these games and does not endorse them. The character is an original pixel-art caricature.

How to play

  1. Tap or click a card to turn it over, then pick a second card.
  2. Cards do not match themselves: each picture has a partner that belongs with it, like the remote and the screen or the popcorn and the bowl.
  3. A right couple stays face up; two cards that do not belong together turn back. Learn which pictures go together as you play.
  4. Clear the board to move to the next level. If the clock runs out, the round ends.
  5. On a keyboard, move with the arrow keys and turn cards with Space or Enter. Press M for sound and P or Esc to pause.

The story

The babies are asleep at last, the house is quiet and Miriam has chosen the film. Pixel Daniel Peris has exactly one job: get the living room ready before the opening scene. The trouble is that everything he needs is mixed up on a pile of cards, so he plays Movie Night Match.

On this board, nothing matches itself. The remote goes with the screen, the popcorn with its bowl, the blanket with the cushion and the slice with the pizza box. Find the pairs that belong together, clear the table and press play before the opening credits finish.
