Wyrmling Skies

Ride a little dragon over a fantasy kingdom. Ride a small, friendly dragon over a fantasy kingdom with pixel Willyrex. Tap to flap, weave between castle towers, floating rune pillars and crystal spires and catch pixel hearts in this free one-tap flying game.

Twist: Feed the baby dragon 4 hearts and it breathes a blast that burns the next tower right out of the sky.

Parody. Willyrex has no involvement in making these games and does not endorse them. The character is an original pixel-art caricature.

How to play

Every 4 pixel hearts you collect charge the wyrmling's fire. When BLAST READY shows, it burns away the next tower ahead for free and still gives you the 10 points.
Save the blast for a nasty gap: grab hearts before a tricky stretch and let the flames clear the way.
Tap, click, or press Space / Up arrow and the little dragon flaps upwards; leave it alone and it drops. Each gap you fly through scores 10, each heart 25.
Clip a castle tower, a rune pillar, a crystal spire or the ground and the flight ends. The kingdom gets tighter and faster the further you go, and later some towers float up and down.
Sound on M, pause on P or Esc, and a share button waits for the chat at the end.

The story

Deep in a brand-new adventure world, pixel Willyrex has just hatched the rarest egg in the kingdom, and out came a wyrmling: a teal baby dragon with tiny violet wings and a lot of confidence. It cannot fly far yet, but it badly wants to show off, and the stream chat has voted for its very first big flight right across the kingdom, a journey the villagers call Wyrmling Skies.

Willyrex climbs onto its back and the little dragon takes off in a flurry of flaps. The sky is not empty: old castle towers rise from the forest, stone pillars covered in glowing runes float in the air and violet crystal spires grow taller near the enchanted lands, each pair leaving a gap just wide enough for a dragon and its rider. Pixel hearts drift between them to keep the wyrmling going. Every gap cleared gets a cheer from the chat. How far can a dragon this small fly?
