A bright comet has appeared over Padua, and pixel Galileo Galilei wants a closer look than any lens can give. So he climbs aboard its glowing tail with a notebook in one hand and a quill in the other. The ride that follows is Comet Lane Drift.
Up here nothing stops on a coin. The comet slides from lane to lane like a sled on ice, and space rocks, dust clouds and stray meteors keep drifting into its path. If he plans every move ahead, he can sketch the comet from the inside and race home before dawn.
