High above the clouds, a brand-new space station is being put together one piece at a time. Silver trusses, solar-panel masts and white habitat modules float in neat pairs, waiting to be bolted into place, and the gaps between them are just wide enough for one small flyer to squeeze through. Tonight's run has a name: Truss Hopper.
Pixel Elon Musk has volunteered to inspect the site on a rocket pack built from spare parts and a lot of optimism. It only knows two moves: a short puff of thrust and a slow drift back toward the clouds. Spare oxygen canisters are clipped along the route to keep him going, every tower he clears is one more tick on the inspection list, and the station keeps getting longer. How far can a homemade rocket pack hop before the clouds catch up?
